MARGUERITA
Marguerita is a solid and reliable fibreglass Open boat, about 11 metres long, 3.30 metres wide, equipped with two Volvo Penta turbo diesel engines developing nearly 500 hp that enable her to reach speeds of more than 30 knots. During your mini-cruise you can comfortably relax in your swimsuit in the large sundeck at the bow, experiencing the magical sensation of flying over the waves, or in the equally large sundeck at the stern, where you may happen to be enchanted to admire the frothy play of water caused by the hull as it sails. Thanks to the special quietness of the engines, you will be able to converse or listen to music from the on-board stereophonic system even while sailing. In addition, the large awnings that extend to the extreme point of the stern will allow you to take advantage of a pleasant shade during the hottest hours of the day. Marguerita has all comforts, on board: an electric toilet, outdoor freshwater shower at the stern for rinsing off after swimming in the sea and two refrigerators to keep food cool.

The sea is beautiful, in all its forms. Looking at it from a beach or a reef is always a moment of joy and excitement, but you don’t taste its very essence unless you experience it, at least once, from a boat. Unlike the various solutions offered by ferries or scheduled boats, Marguerita will give you the opportunity to stop for a dip in the sea, personalise your trip, lay in total relaxation in a bathing suit sunbathing and admire the places you have decided to get to know. The staff of Blowing in the wind offers you a day at sea dedicated just to you, alone, or with your family or close friends where you will be special guests. You can decide, depending on the weather conditions, to take one itinerary rather than another, to stop even two hours to dive into the blue waters of the Ligurian sea, choosing the various picturesque coves in which you can dive.
Marguerita will take you wherever you prefer, letting you see from the sea, in a special perspective, the enchanting places of the Golfo dei Poeti, Palmaria Island, Tino Island, with its sheer cliffs, but also Portovenere, Le Grazie, Lerici, Fiascherino, Tellaro, the stony beaches that can be found going towards the Cinque Terre. But also the Port of La Spezia, with its pleasure docks where you can see spectacular yachts moored, and with its Shipyards, among the first in the World for quality.
COMFORT FOR YOU
A wonderful day at sea with Marguerita can be an opportunity for a special gift for the whole family, or for a group of friends planning to experience a new adventure, an original idea for a birthday, the special gift for a girlfriend, or to celebrate the last days of being single before marriage. Marguerita is licensed to safely carry up to ten people, but to allow a greater experience on board, the number of guests is limited to four. On board with you will be the skippers Giorgio and Edoardo and the interpreter guide Sara. The languages in which you can request the tour are Italian, English, German, Spanish, and French. To book a day at sea you must be of legal age. Minors will only be allowed on board if accompanied by at least one parent. Payment of the agreed price must be made before boarding.
SAILING PERIOD
The staff of Blowing in the Wind loves the sea, spring and summer sunshine. The period when it is possible to agree on a sea day on Marguerita is, therefore, typically from April 15 to September 30. It is possible, however, to arrange customised sea outings at other times of the year as well.
